Updated over a month ago

Porter’s Marketing module gives shop owners and managers a powerful, easy-to-use tool to send SMS and email blasts to customers. In the "To" section of your campaign setup, you can select from:

Pre-built segments:

  • Active Customers – visit or request in the past 6 months

  • Inactive Customers – no activity in the past 6 months

  • Biggest Spenders – top 20% by total spend

  • Frequent Visitors – top 20% by total number of appointments

Or build your own custom segment:

Click "Build Custom Segment" to filter based on:

  • Total spend

  • Last appointment visit

  • Number of visits

  • Service type (tattoo, piercing, PMU, etc.)

  • Mailing list for specific service providers

You can combine any number of filters. Once ready, click Review, name your segment, and save it to use in your campaign.
