Share your booking page with a QR code

Print or post a QR code that sends clients straight to your shop's booking page or your personal booking link.

Print or post a QR code that sends clients straight to your shop's booking page or your personal booking link.

Porter now creates QR codes for both your shop's booking page and each artist's personal booking link. Clients just point their phone camera at it and land right on your booking page. No typing out links, no digging through your Instagram bio.

đŸȘ Your shop's booking page QR code

Your shop's QR code takes clients to your shop's booking page, where they can choose the artist they want to book with.

To find it:

1. Log in to app.getporter.io

2. Click Shop Settings on the left-hand toolbar → Booking Site

3. Open QR Code

4. [Download / print / copy — confirm available actions]

💡 If you have General Requests turned on, clients who scan your shop's QR code will also see the "Any Artist" option. Great for front windows and flyers, where people might not have an artist in mind yet.

đŸ“± Your personal booking link QR code

Every artist gets their own QR code too. It goes straight to your personal booking form, so clients are requesting with you, not the shop in general.

From the Porter mobile app:

1. Go to Profile → Share Booking Link

2. Tap [QR Code — confirm label]

3. [Save to your photos / share — confirm available actions]

đŸ€” Which QR code should I use?

- Use your shop QR code for anything that represents the whole studio: your front window, the counter, shop flyers, and event signage

- Use your artist QR code for anything that's yours: business cards, aftercare cards, your station mirror, flash sheets, and your booth at a convention or guest spot

⚠ Booking QR codes are not the same as your walk-in check-in QR code. Booking QR codes send clients to submit a booking request. The walk-in QR code adds clients to your Walk-in Queue. Make sure you're posting the right one at the front desk!
