Have questions about your tattoo booking, request, or appointment?

💬 Already Submitted a Request?

If you’ve already submitted a booking request with an artist or studio, you received a text message with a link to your booking.

  • 📲 Click that link to access your request or appointment.

  • 💬 On the booking page, tap the "Chat" button to message your artist directly.

  • You can use this chat to:

    • Ask questions about your tattoo

    • Discuss deposit details

    • Request updates to your appointment or request

All changes must be made directly with your artist or studio via chat.


📅 Booking your appointment?

Once you get a text that your booking request was accepted, you'll be able to schedule your appointment with your artist. If you don't see availability for the date or time that you're looking for, that could be for a variety of reasons. Your artist might not have availability at that date/time, or they could have their booking settings, like their book in advance limit, set to something so that you can't book that date and time. (I.e., if they only allow bookings up to 30 days in the future).

If you're having any of these issues - reach out to your artist through the chat button! They can always schedule you manually, or open up their availability so that you can see more times available.

To open a chat with your artist, reload your booking page, and at the bottom of their reply message, you'll see an option to "Chat with X". Click on that to open a chat with your artist.


🔁 Need to Reschedule or Cancel?

From your appointment page, once you have an appointment scheduled, you can also:

  • Reschedule your appointment

  • Cancel your appointment

Prefer to coordinate with your artist? Just shoot them a message through the chat.


✍️ Haven’t Submitted a Request Yet?

If you haven’t booked anything yet, your first step is to:

  1. Find your artist’s Porter link

  2. Fill out their intake form

  3. Submit your booking request ✅

Once submitted, you’ll be able to chat with your artist just like above!


📵 Can’t Access Your Appointment?

If you’re having trouble accessing your booking page, double-check that you are:

  • Logged in with the same phone number you used to book

  • If you used the wrong number, contact our support team with:

    • Your old phone number

    • Your new phone number

    • Your name and artist


📲 Not Receiving Your Login Code?

  • Tap "Problems receiving the code" on the login screen

  • You’ll be given the option to receive your code via:

    • Text message

    • Phone call

Try both options to see which one works best.


🧾 Other Technical Issues?

If you’re having trouble loading the waiver, paying a deposit, or something just isn’t working:

  • Try switching to a different browser (we recommend Chrome or Safari)

  • Avoid using Microsoft Edge on Android, which may cause issues

  • You can also try using a desktop browser for better performance
