How customers can schedule appointments for piercings, PMU and other non-tattoo services

Booking non-tattoo services through Porter is fast and simple for your clients — no request form or back-and-forth required. These services are booked directly, meaning clients choose their date & time and pay their deposit all in one smooth flow.


🧷 How it works

On your shop’s public booking page, clients will see a “Select a service” section at the top. Under this section, all bookable services (that you've listed online) will be shown, grouped by service category:

  • 🧷 Piercing

  • 💄 PMU

  • 🧼 Other

Clients just select the service they want to book and proceed through the streamlined booking experience.


📅 Booking Flow for Clients

Once a client selects a service, they’ll go through a quick, intuitive flow:

  1. Select a service provider

  2. Choose a date & time

  3. Enter their contact info

  4. Pay the deposit (if required)

That’s it — they’re all set!


🔘 General Piercing Flow

If you’ve set up a general piercing service (instead of individual piercings), clients will also choose the piercing location/type they want during booking.

This makes it easy to keep your setup simple while still collecting the info you need.
