When adding a new user to Porter, you can control what they can see and do in the system based on their role and permissions.
đ„ User Roles
From the Add User page, start by selecting the userâs role:
Artist: Bookable for tattoos; gets access to the mobile app to manage appointments and requests.
Piercer: For providers offering any non-tattoo services.
Shop Manager: Full access to manage the shop, view all calendars and financial reports. Can also be combined with the Artist role.
Shop Booker: Can schedule appointments for any provider but cannot access financials.

Can view all customers (if disabled, theyâll only see their own clients)
Shop Managers & Shop Bookers
Includes all Artist/Piercer permissions, plus:
Add to all chats
General requests access
Can view reports
Can manage waivers
Can manage campaigns
Customize each userâs access level to match their responsibilities while keeping sensitive data secure.
