Need to update how long an appointment is? No problem—Porter makes it easy to adjust the length of time for any upcoming appointment.
💻 From the Browser (app.getporter.io)
Go to your calendar and click on the appointment.
Click the “Edit” button in the sidebar.
Under the Date & Time section, choose the new appointment length.
Double-check that the start time is still accurate, and adjust the date if needed.
Save your changes.
📱 From the Mobile App
Changing the length of time from the appointment screen isn't available directly—but you can easily reschedule with a new time block:
Tap on the appointment to open its details.
Click “Reschedule Appointment”.
On the reschedule screen, select the new length of time.
The appointment time will automatically adjust based on the new length.
If needed, click the Date & Time to select a different day or start time.
Hit Next to save and confirm the updated appointment.
