Here, you can:

👀 Preview exactly what your clients will see during the request process
🛠️ How to Customize the Form
If you want more control over what you ask clients during booking:
Tap the Customize Your Form button
You’ll see a list of all available questions from our form library
Use the toggle next to each question to turn it on or off
✅ Hit the Save button at the bottom when you’re done
Need to start fresh? Tap Reset to Default at the bottom to revert your form to the original settings we provided.
Porter’s default form has been tested across 100,000+ appointments, so we recommend keeping it close to default unless you have a good reason to change it. But hey, you’re in control.
