Creating Discount Codes for Customers

As a shop owner/manager, you can create discount codes for customers by clicking your name in the top right —> Manage Shop —> Tax & Discounts

For each discount you create, you can decide:

• What type of discount you want (Percentage or Fixed Amount)
• Who should be responsible for covering the discount (Business/Employee/Split)
  • This will ONLY be relevant if you are splitting commissions automatically through Porter as it will direct where we send money collected via credit for the appointment
• Discount Code

At the time of checkout, whoever is checking the item out (Artist/Shop Manager/Owner), can input the discount code or select the discount from the checkout screen:
