Adding Users and Adjusting User Permissions and Commissions
As a shop owner/manager, you can set-up each artist or shop manager to have different permissions and commission percentages.
Click on your name in the top right —> Manage Team —> View Employee or Add New
In either case (editing or adding a new user), you can control a variety of settings:
- How to payout each artist
- Commission %
- Deposits and Final payments will be automatically split and sent to each party based on the commission % entered
- All tips will go directly to Artist
- All money to shop
- All money to artist
- Commission %
- Role
- Artist
- Has access to Artist App plus very limited access to desktop version (can only view their own appointments/request
- Shop Manager
- Defaults to have access to most permissions
- Shop Booker
- Defaults to have access to very limited permissions outside of booking appointments
- Piercer
- Selected with Artist
- Will show both the piercing services applicable + tattoo service on their booking links
- Selected without Artist
- Will only show the piercing services applicable on their booking link
- Selected with Artist

- For shop managers/bookers, you can toggle on/off which permissions each user should have access to. You can hover over the little "i" icon to view more information about each permission
