Having trouble submitting a booking request?

Are you having trouble submitting a booking request? The most common reason this happens is when you've opened the link to schedule with an artist directly from their Instagram page. When this happens, the Porter app opens in Instagram's browser (instead of your phone's default browser), which can cause some technical issues.

To resolve the issue:

  1. Click the 3 dots in the top right corner of your phones browser
  2. Select, "Open in external browser"
  3. That's it! Your phone will automatically open the link in your phone's default browser, and you should be able to submit your request with no issues.
